CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or date/time transfers allowed/accepted.
Party/Events deposits are non-refundable.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before scheduled time to allow time to redemption and waiver checking.
- Cardholder must be present during pruchase redemption and present original physical credit card + physical valid ID (Sorry but electronic credit cards, or photos are not accepted)
- A valid waiver is required to everyone entering the building. A valid ID might be required for confirmation.
- Everyone entering the building will need to present a VALID STATE ISSUED ID to confirm their waiver.
- Sales Tax Not Included
Additional Party/Events Terms & Conditions
- 50% deposit due at time of party or group event booking.
- Online reservations must be CONFIRMED over the phone. If you were not contacted in up to 2 business days, please call us at 305.800.5867
- If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your re-scheduled party. Any rescheduling request must be done at least seven (7) days prior to the event's scheduled date otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.
- A 15% automatic gratuity will be automatically added to your final party bill.
