All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or date/time transfers allowed/accepted. 

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before scheduled time to allow time to redemption and waiver checking.

Credit card used must be presented together with card holder's ID must be presented to redeem.

Sales Tax Not Included

50% deposit due at time of party or group event booking.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your re-scheduled party.
